Cargo Management System with drop in Bed liner install?

So everyone I see with the CMS has a spray in liner or no liner. I have the standard XLT '24 with the drop in liner. Shouldn't be an issue with install right? I'm guessing 4 to 6 properly drilled holes then screw it in. If so, any tips for lining the holes up just right?

The CMS was factory installed on many Mavericks with the DIBL including mine, no problem at all. There are markings on the back sides of the DIBL, just remove the panels and drill out the needed spots.
