How many watts are the stock bulbs and how many watts are the LED's?

Looks great, thanks for sharing!

I'm hoping to see a similar for the rear (I know it's all one unit but someone will come up with something).

Can you post a video from the inside of the car? I'd like to see how annoying the hyperlinking noise is

Lasfit is the shit!
Agreed. Use Lasfit Canbus in all of our cars that didn't come with LED turn signals from the factory.

Today I installed a pair of Alla Lighting 4257NA Switchback LED Bulbs. Since I have a Lariat, I am not able to utilize the switchback functionality of the bulbs as I expected. I was primarily looking for a set of bulbs that would eliminate the amber glow when the signal lights are off, these accomplished that. Additional benefits are that they're brighter and they illuminate much quicker than halogen bulbs.

There is hyperflash with these, but only on the inside of the vehicle, the bulbs themselves function as intended. I'll update with how to turn that off via ForScan once I figure it out. Resistors would be an option as well.

OEM bulb on the left, Alla LED on the right.

Here's a short video, OEM bulb on the passenger side, LED on the driver side.

.
I'm learning a lot being on this forum. Had no idea what a switchback bulb was until now. My question, why can you not use the switchback function on the Lariat, but others have on the XL/XLT? Is it because of the LED DRL?

The ForScan solution, if it works, would be great. I don't want to mess with finding the correct resistance, buying, mounting, and possibly soldering in resistors if there is a simple software fix. Please keep us posted if there is (or is not) a ForScan solution.
Also, those look great

Damn that would drive me nuts but I need these lights... I wonder if someone can figure out a fix without resisters. Perhaps going into the vehicle software? Idk

What’s everyone’s hesitation with resistors?! I don’t understand

I wasn't meaning to be sneaky, I've added a link disclosure to the OP though (y)

If I can earn enough pennies to cover the cost of the lights, great lol.
Anymore I just assume any link I click on is an affiliate link. Good call adding the disclosure though, I think Amazon can suspend you if you don't specify.

Regardless, if somebody gives me a link that sends me right to the exact product and saves me from searching and possibly ending up with a different item, I'm good with them getting a small percentage on my purchase👌 makes no difference to me.

Just seeing this. Those LEDs look AMAZING! Will be a future diy for sure. I hope the rears will be easy to do as well. I'd like brighter LEDs for the all red turn signals.
