Looks like you got yourself a nice setup. How easy it it to deploy the tent ?

Very very fast to set up.
Unclip the corners an it pops up.
Insert the struts to hold the awnings and done.
Take down takes some finesse because it wants to pop back up as you stuff it all in. A little practice and technique makes it fine.
Very comfortable, roomy. Nice space.

Why is the tent mounted with so much overhang in the rear?

By shifting it to the back, it can be lower, just clearing the roof and creating a more efficient airflow. When I had it higher and more forward I noticed a hit on mileage. With it low, no so.

Don't hit that mini attenna. Mine got damaged somehow and the dealer said it will be $1,300 to repair. I questioned the cost and they said labor to remove the headliner etc. It still works so they can pound sand.

I'd recommend just getting an antenna cap so that the tent can clear without adding height to the rack.
Modifying the rack is possible, but that will kill warranty, and you have to get it exactly right or it's going to be off. It's also work that is probably unnecessary.
I have the Elevate on my Maverick, with a rooftop tent, and I have a 3/4 antenna cap that replaces my antenna. The tent clears the shark fin by a little more than 1/2 inch.
Also, keep in mind, the higher you have that tent, the more it will disrupt air flow, and your more likely to scrape low hanging branches.

I got it off Amazon. It came as a kit with a 1.5" antenna and a 3/4" antenna cap. Realistically, you could probably just unscrew the antenna you have and no one would even see it, but you'd know it was there. That would bother me, personally.

My rtt is about the same height from the shark fin as yours is. I keep the antenna on, it just bends it down in an arc. I tried replacing it with a shorter one but the reception was terrible

Yeah, I'm sure my reception is diminished, but I get all my music through phone interface and never use the radio.
