Has anyone had this happen?
While driving over a bridge after driving for more than an hour on rural roads the message appeared, followed by contact your dealership.
I do not think it's the backup camera.

I haven't experienced this, but generally speaking...

Physical jostling + Disconnect message = Loose connector 99% of the time.

Occasionally its a manufacturing defect (I recently worked on a desktop that became non-functional if you set it on its side because that tiny bit of gravity messed with the RAM socket/motherboard connection), but I'm guessing a connector running to your rear camera is loose.

Had that happen in a mustang before. It was due to the wire harness that went through the trunk had a cut wire. Since your trucks new I suspect that a connect is unplugged somewhere. I hope the wires aren't cut this early
