I've got Space White, it's a great color. Has a gray blue metallic tinge depending on the sunlight, as EVH5150 said it's along the lines of Avalanche Gray. I think if you liked Cactus Gray you will like Space White, also good at hiding the dirt.

I wasn't sure about Space White until I saw it in person and next to Oxford White. It's definitely greyer, probably close to Avalanche Grey (2023 Tremor only color), but with some metallic.
cactus grey and avalanche grey, no filters on a partly cloudy summer day.

Hmmm, I was ignoring space white, this thread got me thinking about it. Are there other Ford vehicles that it is on? because local area seems really thin in Mavericks on the streets, so unlikely to see one in a reasonable timeframe.

(Still not sure if Desert Sand is the one I've seen on Bronco Sports, really annoying how Ford keeps messing with so many "close" colors and changing them frequently.)

yes, the F150 for one which makes it very easy to google for pics of it.

I may have to part with my cactus grey 2024 and unfortunately it looks like space white is the closest option for 2025. I haven’t been able to compare them side by side and would appreciate opinions from others who have been able to compare them. Azure grey would be my next choice. Bummed that cactus is no longer available because I like the way it changes tones in different lighting.
My 2024 is Terrain (sand) color.
I’m amazed at how it really changes tone depending on the lighting and what its parked next to. When I ask friends what color it is they come up with various answers. Some swear that it’s pure white while others say its yellow or grey.
It would be difficult for someone to describe the color to PoPo if I was on the run.

I have space white and chose it for thee reasons: 1) More reflective in summer sun, 2) has metallic flake (not a fan of these solid colors of late), 3) doesn’t show dirt as much, especially after having had it ceramic coated.

"chocolate skim milk, officer!"
Haha.
Someone even called it Toffee color then switched their answer to Butterscotch when they looked at the other side. I just call it Palomino.

May I ask what is the reason for parting ways?
I know cactus don't do well in Wisconsin winters. I have a garage space for mine.
A garage fire. Some melting of plastic trim including both mirrors and wrinkling of the ppf on the front fenders and hood and heavy smoke film and smell. Still waiting on an insurance assessment. I’m crossing my fingers for a total loss even though I love the truck. It was in perfect condition and just turned 15K miles. I don’t think I’d trust the electronics after all the heat and smoke damage.

Off my original topic but a quick question since I have 17” dedicated wheels and snow tires for my 2024 FWD. Are the bolt patterns the same on the 2025 as the 2024? I may not need them if I get a 25 with AWD but they wouldn’t hurt.

I think the unofficial Ford color is "Dead Weeds"......Like when you see a two tone brown and tan truck...It's "Dead Weeds and Dirt"...... :p :p :p

tire and wheel specs are the same, but unfortunately the tpms sensors changed from 315mhz (22-24) to 433mhz (25+). Ford made this same change across the board for '25, it's not just a Maverick thing.

No love for my Avalanche Gray?!

I like space white. If I could buy my 2025 again it would be space white or azure gray

I had a 22 Cactus Gray, now I have a 25 Space White. They are very similar, Space White being less gray:wink:
Space white doesn't quite have the chameleon color feature that Cactus Gray had, but it does look very good in any environment. As was previously mentioned it is very good at not showing dirt.
I'm very happy with it.
