Last evening I took delivery of my cactus gray Maverick Tremor. I ordered an FX4 4K Maverick on 9/17 when the order banks opened, I was told I couldn’t order a Tremor. On 9/19 I found out the Tremor banks were open so I contacted the Sales Manager and had him change my order to a Tremor. I ordered my vehicle with mud flaps, hard tri-fold bed cover and drop in bed liner. In January I found out these three items were constrained and could delay my built, so I contacted the Sales Manager and had them removed. Later in January I found out the spray in bed liner was available, and if ordered I would receive the bed tie down locking rails free. Called the Dealer again and added the two items to my order.

I ordered my Maverick from, Kenny Ross Ford South located in Castle Shannon, PA and am very pleased with the support I received from the Dealership including the Sales Manager and Salesman. I paid MSRP for the Maverick Tremor with no dealer markup. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone interested in a Maverick at MSRP.

IMO You will drive yourself crazy looking at photos of Cactus Grey because everybody's camera captures the color differently and everybody's eyes view it differently. I have seen the color twice in person, once on a Bronco Sport and once on a 4dr full size Bronco. The Bronco Sport was indoors and I don't think the color on this photo of mine is accurate. It was not that minty. The full size Bronco was outdoors and I think this pic is more accurate. I really like the color and actually think Cactus Grey will look best on the Maverick. My advice would be to see it in person if you can.

I had a 2021 Ranger in cactus grey traded it for a 22 Maverick in wait for it——————————————————————Cactus Grey!

Finally got my lift kit, aftermarket wheels and tires installed this week, and I couldn't be happier with how great the truck looks. The more aggressive stance is exactly what I was looking for, and because the Eibach springs offer a 2-inch lift in the front and 1 inch in the rear, this kit levels the truck and offers increased front-bumper clearance/improved approach angle that is critical for my intended off-pavement uses.

I've posted a link to my YouTube video below, which has a lot of great info and some behind-the-scenes footage of the job being done at the shop. But I'll also share a summary and a bunch of photos here.

In terms of clearance, I went from 9 inches to 11 inches at the front bumper, from 11 inches to almost 13 inches along the side (centered between front and rear door) and from 15 inches to about 16.5 inches at the rear bumper. So, I think the end result was a full 2 inches in front and a bit more than an inch in the rear.

Also, when considering my clearance figures vs. stock, bear in mind the diameter of the Firestone tires I installed is 30.5 inches, compared to 28.5 inches for the Maverick OEM tires. So, that provides an extra inch of ride height ON TOP OF what the lift springs provide.

My new maverick and my 23 Santa Cruz that I traded in for it! I wasn't planning on taking my order after waiting since August 14 2021, but my dealer gave me a great price for my trade, and with the rebate and price protection I drove away owing much less than I did when I went in this Friday will mark exactly 1 month with the maverick, and I've been extremely pleased with it.

Good afternoon my maverick friends picked up my maverick tremor Friday and already put 200 miles on it. Lol. So far love it. 4 things I do like tho. Lol

1. No xm radio lol
2. Horn has to go. Lol
3. No sync
4. And speakers are not good. Lol (no bass)

I understand it a low budget truck but I wish ford made it a option for sync with xm radio for the xlt package. Oh well Lol but everything else is great. Got to add some tremor gold inside to feel like a special vehicle.. stay tune. And upgrade the sounds system to really hit.. time to start customizing my tremor..
