Cab panel of Flex Bed warped

Having an issue with cab panel of bed liner . Installed by dealer . Only taped to steel , tape released , liner now bowing and warped. Installed on 4/6/22 , noticed on 4/10/22 . Dealer supposedly contacting Ford for repair instructions . Live in Florida . Anybody else having this issue .

It's plastic, you're in Florida, the difference in how the plastic liner and metal bed react to heat is what caused that. Usually after temps cool it should contract back to it's original shape.

If they dont fix it for ya. You may be able to brace it flat with a board or aluminum pieces offset mounted to some of the pre drilled holes. Maybe. But yeah drop in bedliners have always looked sketchy to me.

I betcha the dealer took a shortcut and didn't wipe the surface with alcohol so the tape didn't hold.
