Dash speaker covers warped / rattling

I've had a rattle on my dash for the last couple of months but was just ignoring it for the most part but today it got a lot louder and I noticed that my speaker cover over my tweeter looks to be warped. The one on the other side also isn't flush but not as bad as the drivers side one.

Going to check with the dealer tomorrow but feel like this is a warranty issue.

I’m going to sticky-felt coat the entire interior.

Dealer is ordering new cover mine has definitely warped.

By far its one of the crappiest parts of the interior that ive encountered so far. i did coat it with some thin felt tape (something I bought at home depot). that helped until i pulled it back out to do the headliner.
