Ugh. Ordered my EB AWD Lariat on July 16, last 5 digits of VIN are 16550. Still not in production. :(

Mine is A08448, but I have moved beyond a ‘in production’ status and others with 10/04 build dates and higher seq.#’s have received Built and est delivery date notices.

Really wish I could get some insight into what’s going on.
My hybrid is a few numbers lower than yours. Been stuck in production since Sept 30. I don't think any hybrids with Oct 4 build week have been given estimated delivery dates yet. I've seen 1 or 2 from the previous week.

Ok, I have this question. For people that have build dates what did you dealer put your priority at ?

Priority codes only really apply to the dealer. An 80 is a stock order and retails are out in between 19-10. The dealer can prioritize their customers within that range.

Ford will move priority to a 2 when they have reviewed it as correct and then pull from those production based on several different factors.

Hope that answers your question.

Good Luck.

I placed my order with the Fleet Sales Consultant and asked for and received 10 for the Priority Code.

The "Fleet Sales Consultant" was in a separate building from the main sales force. I am not certain what the other sales people put as the Priority Code on the orders they took. I know the order software defaults to 19.

When I placed my Hybrid order on 8/23 I was told 29 Maverick orders were ahead of me. So I was surprised when on 9/16 I was assigned a build date.

So one of two things happened:

1. My 10 Priority Code was higher than the other 29 orders.

2. My build without "Late Availability" or Constrained Items was what Ford was looking to build.

The Weatherman, thank you for answer!

That was kinda my understanding. My dealer put mine in as priority code 19 which to my understanding is standard, no hurry. But a priority code 10 will get picked for build quicker than a 19?

At time of your order did you ask for a lower number?

As a child I was always told to ask. The answer my be no but if you don't ask it is definitely no.

With my order I asked and received 10 as the Priority Code.

Not sure if it is the same on maverick but in the past the last 6 digits of your vin tells you production number. Being a short run only has five..Highest I have heard of is 15323. Ford looks to be on track to fill 25-30 percent of the 100k order by the end of the year
My last 6 VIN digits is A23283. Build scheduled week of 11/8/2021
