I might be partial but I think the FX4 wheels are tough to beat for looks.I didnāt know there were aftermarket FX4 wheels
Thatās pretty neat
Good color choice
Wide Police car steel wheels looked best on a sleeper with dog dish hubcaps back in the day.STEELIES look great...on the RIGHT color truck!
We liked them so much we put them on our Bronco SportI might be partial but I think the FX4 wheels are tough to beat for looks.
I haven't noticed any increase, granted I'm not used to how quiet this interior is, my other car I was driving was a 81 firebird and you couldn't have a conversation without yelling. How's the road noise with your tire upgrade?
I actually picked up an RV hitch at princess auto this morning for 28 Canadian pesos. I just finished welding it up 5 minutes ago, needed a little modifying to work but should get it painted and reinstalled in about an hour. Also ordered a Curt harness which should be plug and play.Check out Cubanredneck youtube channel. If you know how to weld, or have a friend who does, you can easily make the hitch yourself using the existing crash bumper that under the plastic cover, and a square hitch reciever piece from harbor freight that's I think $30. I'm sure you can find somebody like Grote making a plug n play 4 way flat connector for these trucks now.
They only come in satin black, I hate satin black or black in general for wheels so figured if I was going to paint them I'd paint the imo best wheel colourGood choice. Do they come in a grey for my area 51?

Looks amazing!! Inspired me to look into some new rims but then remembered i need to save up and fix my front bumper firstThe Day finally came yesterday where I got to pick up my first new car, oxford white Maverick XL. And of course not even 24 hours after taking it home I had to ditch (this might hurt some feelings) the god awful Steelies for some RTX wheels I painted a while back and some 245/65/17 Falken wildpeak trail tires.
Definitely a much needed upgrade. My final goal will be to go camping every other weekend off the beaten path so I think these tires will be a good in between onroad, off road and winter tire. And I got a great deal on them so I can't complain, I'm thinking some colour matching will be up next aswell as a trailer hitch
Those bronze wheels would look amazing on a white lariat too!My lariat came with the standard 18s and they are ok but wish they didnāt have the chrome accent and were all black or better yet gun metal gray to go with my cactus gray Mav.
My wife saw a cactus grey XL with steelies on it while we were driving back from date night and went ewww that looks like a grandpa truck. I asked her if mine looked like a grandpa truck. She went ummm no. Yours looks much better with the wheels you have. Wheels can make some of the biggest changes to a vehicles look.I knew I wouldn't like the steelies so I ordered new rims right before the truck was delivered casually mentioning it to my wife. We pulled in to pick up truck , She knew it was blue, she saw it said there's your truck!. The next words out of her mouth was wow, those wheels are ugly.
Don't mean to piss off a whole bunch of people but that's what she said
I got a set of Bronco Sport Big Bend take-offs for my Area 51. It took me a year to pull the trigger, but Iām happy with the way it looks.Good choice. Do they come in a grey for my area 51?
