Bronze painted RTX ranch wheels on Oxford White Maverick

The Day finally came yesterday where I got to pick up my first new car, oxford white Maverick XL. And of course not even 24 hours after taking it home I had to ditch (this might hurt some feelings) the god awful Steelies for some RTX wheels I painted a while back and some 245/65/17 Falken wildpeak trail tires.
Definitely a much needed upgrade. My final goal will be to go camping every other weekend off the beaten path so I think these tires will be a good in between onroad, off road and winter tire. And I got a great deal on them so I can't complain, I'm thinking some colour matching will be up next aswell as a trailer hitch

You did Great, looks Good Job!!!! I agree with you on the steelies, they look like to me, but for all the ones that love them thats great. As long as the owner likes, whatever it is, thats all that counts. Preferences/Likes, etc. are like butt holes, everybody got one. We all have the freedom to choose and like whatever, and it's all good.

Thanks super happy with how it came out. When they are painted black I don't mind them. why ford went with silver, I'll never know

Not a big fan of the current bronze trend, but my Lord, the steelies on the XLs are so hideous that ANYTHING is a major upgrade.

For anyone with those steelies, replacing the wheels has got to be the No. 1 most cost-effective and dramatic way to upgrade. As another person said, it looks like a totally different truck!

Nice looking truck with the upgrade. I have seen a raptor style complete grille assembly now offered on evilbaywith clearance lights already in it. You can add the big FORD letters to it. That would look great on any of these with the bigger tires.

Check out Cubanredneck youtube channel. If you know how to weld, or have a friend who does, you can easily make the hitch yourself using the existing crash bumper that under the plastic cover, and a square hitch reciever piece from harbor freight that's I think $30. I'm sure you can find somebody like Grote making a plug n play 4 way flat connector for these trucks now.
