Blower Motor Speed 15?

I don't know if this has been happening since I bought the truck but for the last couple days I noticed that when I press the blower motor virtual button (2025) when the fan is off, it initially pops up with a range of 0-15 but once I select a speed the max value changes to 7. Anyone else seeing this? I haven't picked the max when it is showing 15 to see what happens, I'll try that tomorrow.
