Hey all, I just came across this on YT. Seems like it would cause issues in the future. The shaking, wiggling, moisture and whatever else is happening under the hood. I haven't looked at mine being that it's freezing out. What do you guys think?

Yep - had some tech's post about the impossibility of testing from the fuse box while it's active.
And no adapter to allow it to occur for troubleshooting.

But's it's been there from the beginning of the model - and those techs pointed out other Fords and makes do similar. So not entirely new at this point.

Not sure about concerns on shaking, wiggling, and moisture though - it's sealed pretty good.

You checked out other fuse boxes thru the years or other makes/models?
There are much better examples of ones to be concerned about.

Watched the whole video and still have no idea what "BJB" is supposed to be. 🤷‍♂️

Edit: googled it. Okay. Thread titles are a great place to spell things out the first time for anyone browsing and trying to decide if they care to keep reading. :D

@dumbcomputers The pre-2025s are the same way and I don't remember ever hearing anyone report this as a huge problem, other than the annoyance of the way those fuses are buried in there.

If it wasn't re-designed then I highly doubt that it will be a problem considering that there are many +100k Mavericks already.

Care to share what it means? Google didn't help me (although it did helpfully provide a link to this topic).

Not sure that is related, since that is a hybrid-specific issue that is limited to that one connector.

Ecoboosts aren't wired that way and don't have a 12V+ jump point.
agree, i just recalled seeing thread/post on the fuse box previously in case it might be informative to anyone
