Planning to order the full liner for mine next week.
Was shocked, to say the least, when the folks at
Real Truck told me what my cost was, by mentioning MTC.
I'm also thinking of getting the right and left side swing out
storage units. For winter supplies, as needed, general stuff,
or ice and food/drink! Just need to find a simple drain plug if I do that!

I totally agree on the discount Real Truck gave me, I was pleasantly surprised.

So I'm new to truck ownership and culture. I'm being genuine when I ask, was what is the benefit to doing this? It just seems like one of the main draws of having a bed is being able to dirty it up without having to worry about cleaning it.

It finally got warm enough to install my Bedrug full liner in my Maverick today. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

I have one that I installed about 5 weeks ago. So far I really like it. My only problem is the seam between the bed and the gate that closes between the two will get wet. I have to let the gate down to make sure that it doesn't remain wet. I do have a hard roll up cover so about the only place that gets wet is the edge of the tail gate gap.

Sorry but that just looks like a crap catcher. If ya didn't use it for anything but groceries and the like it would be ok though as long as it's covered.
My brother-in-law does hydraulics repair on large equipment. He has a full bed rug in his truck. He just sprays it with some dawn and pressure washes an spills that he has. His is not covered and he says that it drys in about an hour.

I'm retired and also have a Ford f150 if I need to haul gravel, dirt etc. I wanted something to protect from scratches and soft to sit on and easy on the knees. The material is very durable, do a little research.

To each their own, I feel it's perfect for my needs, maybe not yours.

Yeah I went the cheap-o-deluxe way, just cardboard.

Can water drain out the bed with this rug?
I would have to say yes. If you think you might be interested in one go to the Real Truck site and type in Bedrug full liner and you can read all about them and also read reviews.

This looks great!
If I was to get a topper, I would do this too.

in my option, this is one of the best accessories you can get!

These covers are fantastic and I had one in my Tacoma for years and years, exposed to the elements, dirt, sand, sun, and leafs with zero damage other than replacing the velcro sticker attachments, to the truck, every few years.

It’s really easy to clean out in the automatics car wash or using the old hose and leaf blower.

The rug is padded, super soft, easy to clean, and seriously protects the bed. It ain’t cheap but absolutely well worth the investment for protecting the truck and protecting cargo.
