Bed side rails and tonneau cover clamps

Are the factory/OEM bed side rails a problem when you install the rail clamps need when installing a retractable tonneau cover?

This one allows you to install rails via the T-Slots good lucky

Mine came used with the tri-fold tonneau cover and no rails. This was my cure.
