I put a tonneau cover and bed rails on the truck last weekend. I got the Agricover Access tonnosport and DeeZee cross bed rails. The cover came straight from Agricover and the bed rails via Amazon (Dee Zee DZ99781TB Universal Cross Rail). The DeeZee rails are 1/3 the cost and 1/3 the capacity of BilliBars/Zombie rails but for my intended use - carrying some bicycles - I don't need the 600lb or so capacity of those other guys.
Knowing I'd have to fill the gap between the truck bed lip and the tonneau rails created by the DeeZee brackets, I also ordered a roll of bed cap gasket material to fill that gap. After I fully clamped down the DeeZee brackets they compressed the gasket material enough that the uncompressed gasket combined with the Agricover's gasket filled the rest. I still have some gaps at the front/rear of the cover to take care of and have yet to have a serious rain to see how much work I have left. The cross bed rails mount with a single bolt at each bracket. Shouldn't take more than 5 min to put them on/off.
