Bed Outlet without XLT Lux?

I am getting very close to ordering a xlt hybrid, but I have a question regarding the bed outlet availability. Is this outlet only available with the LUX package? I know you can get a cab outlet without the LUX package but it seems you cannot get the bed outlet. I don’t need heated seats/steering wheel/mirrors and all that other stuff and don’t want to spend another 1k or so just for the outlet. Even so, would the wiring be present for a bed outlet without the package so I could go in and add it myself?

Or do it this way:

Order the Outlet in the Cab for $150
and Order the Manual Rear Sliding Window for $155

and get an extension cord to run from the Cab Outlet through the Rear Sliding Window
