bed lighting

My Maverick came with a ( Dealer installed option ) , TOUCHLINK truck bed lighting .
The only thing in the bed that lights , is a small light , on the left side of the bed , that uses an on/off switch located below the light .
The option cost an extra $320.00 . That seems very high for a simple light . Did the dealer forgot to install something ?
I will contact the dealer Monday ,to find out what is going on . I will repost when have more info .

Your light description is what I have as part of the Lariat Lux package. I think they owe you.

I will be talking to the dealer when they open Monday morning . This is the third " dealer installed " thar wasn't installed . Brad , Thank you for the info .

What you are describing is the deluxe light with the inverter socket next to it, not the touch link lighting. They owe you the lumens kit.

My 2024 XLT Hybrid was ordered with the Lux pkg and the DIO Touchlink bed lights. Dealer informs me that they cannot install the Touchlink lights without damaging the factory drop-in bed liner. Seems strange that Ford would let us order Touchlink if it is not compatible with the Lux Pkg (drop in Bed liner). Anybody else dealing with this? I can’t be the only one. Maybe there’s a TSB on it?
