Bed exterior quarterpanel [fender!] replacement

Has anyone attempted to change out a quarterpanel or have insights on process and level of difficulty? Someone hit mine in parking lot and I found a junkyard excellent condition panel in same color. Understand there is one spot weld that I might have to drill out? Then glue, bolt or weld back at that point. Hard for me to visualize and haven’t found any good documentation online.

Did it break the paint? If it did not break the paint you can PDR it out to near perfection.

EDIT: Seeing that you're in the Green Bay area - if your paint is not heavily damaged or broken - I'd strongly recommend going to see Dentless Touch in Lombard, IL - Dave Oh.

Chris and Dave are both amazing - Dave is the one doing most of the work on the model 3 in the video below.

Source: Dave has fixed the same dent on my model 3. I'm an idiot.

Thanks for the replies. Bodywork would be required. The only video that I have come across is the one that is posted in this thread and it is very short without a lot of detail. I know I can get this done and repaired through traditional bodywork but investigating the option of replacing with a no damage part in same color.
