Here's mine. The second door opening went a lot quicker - maybe 30-45 seconds total with the Dremel, opening it up very little to just be able to push in the threaded lock shaft. I went into Home Depot looking for a specific lock but they didn't have that one, but the one I purchased worked out perfectly. Note: Each packaged lock has a different key, so you'll be hooking two keys on your key fob when you replace both side cubbies.
Is anyone still interested in a locking door for their bed cubby? I have produced a complete replacement door made of 1/8" steel plate. It comes with a keyed lock that requires no modification to your original cubby. Simply remove your plastic door and replace it with the new one.
