Bed and Console plugs not working

My plugs for the inverter, both bed and on the back seat console are not receiving voltage. Lights are not on and nothing plugged in works. Number 84 main fuse seems good and number 6 in interior fuse box seems good. Ohm test shows conductivity. What’s next the inverter? If so where is it and how would I get it out to check or replace it. Thx.

Does your mav still initiate auto stop/start? May have low voltage battery. It saves enough juice to start the truck but it will turn off some features/accessories.

If you have not already, I’d do a forum search for “inverter” and so on. This is a monthly topic. Sometimes it is a loose connector under the bed, sometimes it is a warranty issue…

Had the same problem. Took it to the dealer, who couldn't find anything wrong. They did, however point out that there is only power to these sockets when the ignition is on (not sure if the car needs to be running). My truck now has power when ignition is on.

I took mine in to dealer last week for this and was a bad outlet in bed of truck covered under warranty

Check for DTCs.
Check Fuses to inverter, 10A, 60A.
Check Outlet LEDs with DMM Diode Check.
Check wiring from Inverter to Outlets.
Check wiring from BCM to Inverter.

What does DTC, DMM, BOM stand for?Fuses number 84 and 85 under hood?
Where is the inverter and how do I access it.

DTC are the Diagnostic Trouble Code a code scanner displays when the car has a trouble.
DMM is a Digital Multimeter. They have diode check function. LEDs are diodes.
BCM is the Body Control Module that contains and controls numerous functions in the truck.

One fuse is under the hood a 60A, the other is 10A in the BCM, F6.
