110v AV outlets in cab and truck bed not working...

I have a 2023 Hybrid XLT. Neither my inside cab AC outlet nor my truck bed outlet are working. I did make sure my truck was on before attempting to use both plugs. No green light, no power to either outlet. Any ideas what I may be missing?

I've had my XLT a couple of months, I suppose I should test it.

I installed a marine outlet into my truck bed cubby and had no power either. After checking the fuse box (#84) it was blown. After replacing the blown fuse I got power to the truck bed aux.
