Bed 12v powers off immediately after key removal

Hi,
I have bed lights and a USB outlet installed on each side of the bed 12v plugs. When I remove the key from the ignition the power to these accessories turn off immediately. They should stay on for a little bit from what I'm reading on other forums. Any thoughts on why they won't stay on without the key? Note- I have a subwoofer amplifier.

Same thing with me, the 12 volt power outlets in the bed of the truck are supposed to stay on for about 90 minutes after the key has been removed from ignition. I noticed this with my Maverick XLT (non-hybrid) a couple weeks ago and I cannot find anything online indicating what the issue could be. It did not function like that until recently. If I cannot find any answers I will have to contact ford to inquire. I was thinking maybe it was a fuse or even a setting, so far no luck.
