Ever come up on the relearn? I just accidentally did the same thing, it's snowing now and I have to commute home, so i suppose we will find out if the AWD system works and is just complaining, or if we really have problems.

I wont be resetting any modules, or loading up my factory AB.

If you find anything out from ford on how to do the relearn, please drop a line.

Good luck getting your truck back
Picked the truck up yesterday. They had to reload the BCM and PCM.

I’ll probably have to turn on global close, and definitely have to disable double honk.

After changing the value, from the same page that you select which module you’re making changes to, there is a relearn option. It gives a warning that this is for P0160.

that cleared the AWD fault for me.

Most police are taught the 10% over rule.
Most police I've had the honor of driving along side of or in traffic with all run
35 in a 30 speed zone,
60 in a 55,
77 in a 70 zone, and so on.
So !
If you don't go more than 10% over the posted speed limit you don't have to look for the speed traps.

BUT don't trust this in 'Waldo' Florida, ever.

Back in the day a policeman could tell if you were over 15 mph in a school zone by the hub cap.
Most human eyes process about 25 frames per second of a visual image. So,
stay with me here.
A hubcap pattern spins into a blur above 15 mph.
And,
AND If your going exactly the speed limit ya might get profiled, hauling contraband are we ? :'P
Not to mention you'll be causing a traffic back up.

I'm going up a tad to 235 wide's from my factory 225's. At's about a half inch at most taller tire.
I measured,
Not gonna even think about speedo inaccuracy at all.

For some reason the relearn module wasnt in there, I don't have time to mess with it before I head home.

I was reading that sometimes if you save your vehicle profile and the ignition wasnt in the right position, that it won't "detect" that module and just not display it at all.

When I get home I'm going to try to delete the profile I have for the truck in forscan, and redo the initial configuration for the vehicle.

Settings won't change, I'm definitely not going as far as overwriting my PCM, that sounds like a tow truck and a bad day

edit: Also thank you for the prompt reply, I know it's early!

My brand new 225's GPS at 2 mph under posted speed. Have not checked round off so it may be +/- 0.5 mph max actual.

I've had a couple cops tell me at 11 over, you will get a ticket for sure if they clock you on radar. Up to 9 over, you'll probably get away with it. But 34 in a 25 zone is a lot different than 74 in a 65 zone.

I did a wheel tire change a while back and had the dealer install the tires. I had 225/60R18 and went to 235/65R17. The speedo was right with the OE wheel/tire combo, but was 1 MPH slow with the new set.

I went into the BCM and adjusted the diameter and now I have an AWD Fault.

Has anyone worked this out?

NOTE!

I changed my tire size with Forscan and got the codes too. I went to relearn the PCM and AWD modules but the options to do this were not there. My older version had them for sure. I did overcome this though. I am not sure if I found a bug or if something was wrong on my end. Here is what I found. If I loaded my saved profile the learn functions were not there but if you force a new profile the learn functions were there. I thought maybe the profile was bad but the second profile had the relearn initially but when I shut down Forscan and restarted it, the relearn functions were gone. The third profile loaded and saved and I went to relearn right away and they worked fine. I did not have time to troubleshoot farther.
