So I am coming from a 430hp focus st. I was tuned on e50 but had to run the stratified 2 port aux fuel system to run the e50. I just picked up a used corsair turbo and I'm planning to send it out and get 57/71 upgrade done. I was wondering if I could use the aux fuel system again to make sure the fuel will be enough.

Admittedly, I'm not an expert on these engines, but I do know engines. I'd imagine anything that worked on the ST will work on the Maverick. Make sure and take care of that transmission and change the fluid early, if you're gonna be making power. From what I understand, the 8 speed is the weak link.

From what it sounds like with the guys building them up, they all started to run out of fuel after maxing out the turbo and tunes. I would message FastMavericks and Dueces and pick their brains a lil.

Yea same with the focus I ran out of fuel at 360hp but added the 2 port aux fuel system and got it tuned and had enough fuel for 450hp on e50. I will definitely have to touch base with those guys and see. I was tuned on the cobb but I'm really looking into that livernois tuner but I don't know anyone around jeresy that works with that.

So you have other ways to do it. You could use the hpfp and injectors and have all the safety mechanisms in place and plenty of fueling. If I was gonna use aux fueling of any kind I would use methanol. Not water meth just meth. M1 from vp is what I run.

You could use the aux fuel rail if your going that route and run straight e85.
You could also call Livernois direct. They had a few big turbo mavericks in a few weeks back when I was in.
Any tuner that works with Cobb should do the my cal it’s a much better tuning software platform. Hence why I use them for every build.
