Good evening, @Administrator.
I have had the pleasure today of helping a couple of people who posted their need for assistance here on MTC.
I lucked into seeing their threads, and they were something I could help with.
I am wondering if you would consider making a fixed TOPIC collection...Hopefully near the top and easy for anyone to see it as where requests for assistance are to be posted.
This would keep it simple for those who need help to post, and also allow those who are interested or able to quickly check if anything new has come up...they can then assess if the request is in their abilities (or not) and can assist more quickly, if possible!
Several positive points are that it is a centralized location for help requests, people will more easily recognize where to put their requests and, as a result, those that are willing to help can more easily find the request for assistance.
It would need an extra button, which is only accessible to you of course, and the original poster.
The button would be for when the poster has had their problem resolved, and the button, when selected, would then move that particular post to another new (sorry for the extra work suggestion!) "Problem Resolved Topic collection".
All are searchable, and can act as a more accessible centralized help area.
Okay, just a quick thought on my part in trying to help your club in some small way, efficiently provide more help to all the Maverick Owners that run into a problem or two.
