Area 51 Tailgate Letters - Which color?

Since I have total confidence I will get scheduled today (3/16), I am beginning to think about my first mod. (not planning major things). Would anyone care to share what color letters/color patterns they chose to go with Area 51?

If mine ever gets scheduled I am contemplating either white or black. Just not sure which would look better.

I went with black on my Area 51 as well. I like the look, since mine also has the black First Edition stuff on it.

I have Area 51 color with silver lettering. Looking at it it looks like a mirror.

3D Black letters looks awesome, especially if you have the BAP. I personally think the 3D letters look much better than flat versions.

We’re going with matte black. Have the letters, but waiting for warmer weather to install.

i just think black is the best accent for Area 51, consistent with all the trim.

I went with matte black. There from Etsy, have a soft rubber feel to them.

I think a good general rule is dark letters on a light truck, and lght letters on a dark truck. Black looks good to me on Area 51. I have Atlas blue so went with silver.

My 23 Area 51 should be here in a couple months (w/o 6/5 production) and I’m thinking about going with carbonized black letters again after putting them on my 22.

I went with plain black raised letters on my Area 51 Maverick. It looks good, and the contrast is pretty sharp.
