I was told by Torrington Ford they should have their first stock unit sometime in September. Anyone else know of any other Mavericks to be in Connecticut soon?

Has anyone in New England been to the BIG E yet and notice if there is a Maverick on display? I read that Mavericks are starting to show up at fairs.

Franklin Ford in Mass, has two in stock currently, and AWD XL, and a FWD XL. Or at least they did as of the Friday that just passed.

Just got a call from Shakers Ford in Watertown, CT., They have one Maverick on the lot for viewing by appointment only.

Both of them are sold - being delivered this week. Unable to drive or sit in. Just view from outside.

Wiscasset Ford in Wiscasset Maine currently has a Cactus Gray XL, 2.0 liter AWD. I was able to touch, see, smell and test drive it last Saturday (so much better than pictures and videos ). Went very well. I'll be looking forward to mine when it finally becomes a reality.

10/16, one on lot is still for viewing but is sold and is apparently is the dealer owners son.

Watertown Ford in massachusetts has an XLT alto blue eco boost fx4 on the lot. Looked at it today. Has the trifold hard tonneau. Nice vehicle but I'm waiting on my FE hybrid. One cool thing is the hard trifold has two prop rods to hold it in place when folded open. They look like the tailgate assist rods but they fold into the track and clip into place. Was great to finally see one in person.

I don't know who these people are that think the back seat is spacious. Its small. Works for me and my needs, but at 6' tall I tried getting behind the drivers seat after I adjusted it for myself. I could maybe take a ride there for less than an hour. My legs were rubbing the drivers seat. You wont be taking a road trip with 4 adults over 5'10 in it.

THe rest is pretty much like everyone else has said. Dash and door materials are what they are, nice looking andfeeling. One nice thing is the door arm rest is active x material with a little padding. The sunroof didn't crowd headroom for me.

The lack of rear defroster is not going to be an issue if the front one is on. The air will circulate right up and over to thaw quickly. Cabin won't take a lot to heat in a hurry.

Monaco Ford (https://www.monacoford.com/) in Glastonbury, CT finally a dealer demo unit. It's a 2.0l EB white XL, so pretty basic. But if you are within a distance you don't mind driving, you can call and schedule a viewing and test drive. I had my test drive last night and was please enough that I did not request a refund of my deposit on my Hybrid Lariat Lux.

Michael Sawyer ((860) 652-3000 ext 353) is their Internet Sales Consultant and who I've been dealing with, altho I actually met with Product Specialist Kyle Bowler to file my order in October and for the test drive last night.
