Any Recommendations For Ford Service Near Charlotte NC

I need to get the side air bag recall completed and my first oil change - any recommendations near Charlotte for Ford service. My first recall appointment did not go well and Google ratings of local dealers for service has me concerned.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Are you near Mooresville? The service department for the Mooresville Ford dealership was the reason why my dad sold the Honda Accord Hybrid he bought (to replace a Fusion Hybrid) to get another Ford Fusion Hybrid. Service departments can help dealerships sell cars and have always treated him great.

I discovered firsthand when I drove my 2005 Ford Ranger across the country to visit him. The Ranger needed a minor service and they treated me well although I might never see them again because I live in California.

Went to a Ford dealer on South Blvd in Charlotte and did not have a good experience- that’s alll I’m gonna say.

Can’t help with the air bag recall. For all else, take it to a Hyundai dealer.

I haven't yet taken my 2022 XL Ecoboost in for service so I cannot provide a personal recommendation. I did however find this from my Indian Land SC Facebook group. Seems like Burns Ford in Lancaster is the winner. On a side note, I did order two 2023 Hybrid XLs from them with $0 deposit.
