I have a Jan 2022 Ecoboost order that was COVP approved with tracking #1079999 from Jan 17th 2022 that balanced out and wasn't obviously scheduled. I have ordered a new 2023 when orders opened and the car arrived few days ago and of course when. The dealership tried to check in smart Vincent there is nothing showing up. The sale rep told me he called Ford from what I pointed in the video from @fordvideoguy and he claims Ford says I'm not eligible without any explanation! Customer support have no clue. What I found out that the address of the original order was misplaced with two letters instead of CH in the street name they put GN (Which you can understand if someone has lousy handwriting that can be mistaken) I don't know if that is the issue but no one can tell me. @Ford Motor Company please help, I have all the info needed tracking number of old and new COVP, pictures the dealership sent to Ford on email that yet to answered.
