Nothing yet, waiting for some word from my insurance company. I'm 2 emails and 2 calls in with no response. My insurance covered 22 days of the rental truck, and the repair bill of $2600 so I am happy with that but would like to know what is happening. Also he got the bumper back the police took but have not seen a car in his driveway since I got the police report.

Hi sorry for your incident. So according to my logic, if he took the bumper back that's an admission of that been his bumper, and that's a automatic admission of him been the person or his car that hit you.

I think the case should be more easy to prove now. If the guy put in paper that wasn't him then is proven otherwise the fact of him lying under oath is worst than the accident. May be obstruction of justice ?

Got the police report a few minutes ago and he lives about 5 blocks away from the house. My girlfriend said a coworker told what appears to be the car is abandoned on a side street a few miles away. I'm going to check it out myself as soon as I get done with work. Of course he abandoned just inside Philadelphia city limits and I am in Bensalem so I am guessing that he hopes the change in jurisdiction makes for a huge delay in finding the car.

Wouldn't give him credit for a lot of thinking.
