I have a 2023 XLT. I use Android, auto wired or wireless doesn't matter. Until recently, the speakerphone worked perfectly. All of a sudden about 80% of the time when people call in I get no audio. Apparently this is a well-documented issue with Ford sync. The common fix is the turn off the built-in the Ford sync ring options and use the phone ring instead. However, this is not working for me. Has anybody else come across to fix for this issue?

This is the setting in your Mavericks radio you need to make sure is disabled under settings, then phone. Make sure the mute audio in privacy is disabled.
