Almost All Settings Are Missing

Just picked up 2023 Lariat Luxury Hybrid. All of my settings except for My Key are missing. Has anyone experienced this?

These are not under the 8" screen.

Did you try resetting both keys? Just for fun.

The picture you posted is of the center dash display screen. While there are several configuration options located there, some are located in the Sync 3 screen – the one in the center of the dash, where the ugly "cubby" is located. Other settings can be found only there.

In my earlier response, I took your post literally - as in "the only thing I see in my settings display is the 'My Key' selection." That would definitely be an issue that would require dealer assistance.

Get both keys and it should be located in that same general area of the menu.

I had to look at my display to make sure, look under Driver Assistance, and try under "Vehicle."

Your literal interpretation was correct. The only setting I have is My Key. The vehicle settings that are available in the center screen are what should be there but those are not the ones I am missing.

The vehicle settings in the Sync screen have 5 options:

Rear Occupant Alert
Camera Settings
Onboard modem #
Ambient light
Door Keypad Code

Keep in mind that a setting found in the Sync screen will not also be in the center dash display and vice versa.

On the road at the moment so forgive me if you have already received your answer.

On your instrument panel screen:

You have to press the "OK" button on your steering wheel with "Driver Assistance " or "Vehicle" menu highlighted to access the sub menus you want.

If you are missing some of those menus, confirm on your window sticker that the truck was built with the co-pilot 360 assist package.

Is one of your keys set up with the MyKey? MyKey is essentially "valet" or "teenager" mode and severely limts the options you get in the truck.

Try your other keys and see if that changes it.

MyKey allows you to program keys with restricted driving modes to promote good driving habits. You can program the restrictions to all keys except one.
