Here we go again with this junk topper. Do not order this topper without at least checking out Ford, Leer, Snugtop, ARE etc.

Yeah, checked out several all quoted twice the price that %10-15 the cost of my truck, and I didn’t like the look. If you are just here to troll and have no real advice scroll on. Otherwise it’s my money and I do what I want. Liked the ARE 2nd best but for $3200 plus tax no thanks. I can fabricate and weld so this is a good starting point for me to get exactly what I want out of my topper for less then half that. If I even need to make any modifications.

Are you always an ass? I talked to three different people who own these toppers and got pics from 2 of them. They all three were very happy with their purchase. You do realize you purchased the cheapest truck (and I use that word loosely) available in the US? and then purchased the most expensive topper(s) available? Have you actually seen one of these in person? The topper I ordered was $1185.00 shipped to me from China, how much was your overpriced fiberglass one? I appreciate being able to talk about different opinions, but your attitude is not needed nor wanted! To the other people who are interested in these I will post pics after I get it finished and installed. Along with an honest opinion of the topper itself.
this is more along the line that I would like to spend, there's a guy selling same type about 4 hours from me, but he's wanting $1,800 for it..........says he wants to part with it because he can't haul his bike in it. $1,185 sounds like a great price to me. Wish someone in the states would buy several and sell them with small markup......
There is a company out of Canada that sells a topper that is identical (as far as I can tell) to the Chinese one. They have a 4 month build time and are almost 2 times the price! Hence the reason I hunted down people that ordered one and asked questions. Hopefully waiting 2 months and 2 days to be built and delivered will be worth it. Time will tell!
Dude, scroll on. I have looked at all of those and don't particularly like any of them. I like the way this looks more for what I am going to be using my truck for. Thanks for your input but it's actually not all that valuable. You know your cell phone and just about everything else you have is made in China or a host of other countries. You should probably get rid of those or avoid buying those items too.
