Air leak/wind noise (deafening whistle.)

I’ve contacted Ford hopefully they are helpful. I’ve tried the paper test some one mentioned. The paper fella relatively easy to pull out all the way around, hard to tell. Just had this thought while typing, I’ll try my wife’s vehicle to see what it should feel like.

It’s definitely inside when I push the door panel in the whistle dies down. It’s much worse with with recirc off on low settings.

Then, the 'Door Trim" seal is not seating enough.
Yes, aerodynamics...
Finding a "Air Leak" is as much fun, as trying to Stop a "Water Leak"...

It’s been resolved thanks to taking it to a more reputable dealer! First dealer should be ashamed based on this write up from the actual tech at a different dealer. Ps. Thanks for checking in

Sounds like it was the Mirror assembly and the weather stripping around the door glass.
Mirrors can make a horrific whistle.
I'm glad it's all good now.

Note: The tech's report said he replaced the window run. I think that was the air leak. All the rest was just removing and replacing damage by prior dealer. (Probably emphasized to justify his extra time spent to Ford!).

I can tell you they replaced basically the rubber seals around the entire window. They were all lose.

Feedback. Just had the window run rubber seal on my drivers door replaced under warranty. So far, (one commute to work) sounds like indeed this is the fix. Whistle wasn’t driving me insane today for the first time in months.

THANK YOU to meekodactyl for the post with the service ticket. Saved my sanity, at least it seems so thus far. I had taped off the mirror, cowl, everything under the sun and couldn’t isolate it.
