Yep - I only have a couple portable solar generators & panels for power outages. With all their plastics, metals, and batteries they can hardly be considered “green”.woops: sorry i thought i was quoting chops but it's actually phimosis with the nice solar array--and who i hope will share some snaps . . .
My house was constructed using tons of materials & power that can’t be considered “green”.
I get power from my local utility company. They get over a quarter of their power from the largest nuke plant in the country. That is relatively clean energy. But they get as much energy from coal as they do from solar - and I live in one of the sunniest cities in the USA. Go figure.
My EB Maverick’s manufacture isn’t “green” by any means - but not as “dirty” as the manufacture of a Hybrid
