My plan is much the same - though waiting until I wear out my first set of rubber. At that point get the bronze wheels with a nice tire and put true snow tires on the OE rims.
That was sort of my plan when I put the bronze rims on my alto blue back in fall 2021. But i didn't wait for my OEM tires to wear out. Instead I took them off with 40 miles on them and sold em for $450 on craigslist. Then bought new snow tires for $640 and threw them on the stock fx4 wheels. So if your tires aren't too worn....might be worth popping them off for sale.

Fellow Alto Blue friends! Haven't seen another one in our color in the wild yet.... just me and a few White and a few Cactus Grey rolling around Hennepin County MN.
