There is a post somewhere here with instructions on how to install the OEM power lumbar assembly. It seemed easy but there is some DIY required for the electric switch.

Yes, there are manually operated lumbar supports. External or internally installed.
Pictured below are some I found.
I imagine the install is just like the powered lumbar support shown in the linked video of post #2 except it has a manual inflation bulb, no electrical to mess with.
