Is there any hope for LED’s for the 24 hybrid that don’t hyper flash? I legally have all my other lights changed out. And just want some LED taillights. To complete the look! I’ve had lasfit bulbs and others from Amazon. They all hyoerflashed. I don’t want to rewire or place resistors inside my fuse box. Just simply want to know if anyone has had any that worked. Thanks folks love my Maverick tho!!

I’ve been using these DDM TUNING LEDS. Not sure of the hyper flash as I got in forrscan and shut off the outage when I was using the LASQUIT bulbs. They all died. I’ve got other hi power FENIEX CANNONS tied into the lamps so I’ve reached the close to over load point of the BCM. Here is a link to the DDM. They use CREE LED , so they are bright

I used Diode Dynamics taillight, turn bulbs.
I mounted the resistors on the wall behind the taillights. Kinda hard to get the screws in because of the depth of the area, but used a long screwdriver bit to reach.
I also made my own harness connectors, I don't use those 'scotch lock' type connectors.
Works perfect, and the resistors are far enough away so they do not get too close to the wires to overheat them.

🤓 😥 I’m going to tell you probably not, I even called the guy at D&D and asked them about their tail lights and they told me without a resistor eventually they would also hyper flash in my Maverick. I went back to OEM style tail lights..

I got Diode Dynamics rear LED bulbs and disabled hyperflash via Forscan. Zero hyperflash at all.

I got a set of these for the rear and amber for the front. I specifically bought them because they do not have a built in resistor since I was turning off hyperflash with forscan. Had them in for a few weeks... So far so good.

Aside from Forscan, the other best way to do it would be with a set of external resistors. I did that on my last Honda with a nice set of morimoto resistors, and they were going strong 5+ years later for the turn signals.

For what it's worth, the hyperflashing is just in the dash, on the actual bulbs in your tail lights dont flash fast, they flash at a regular normal rate.

And hyperflash is only on the left turn for me... I was worried when it started a couple weeks after I switched taillights on my 24 hybrid. I can handle this little 'tick' with how good the blacked out taillights look. Lol
