Yes.
If I could have photoshopped that onto my bumper I would have.
Most popular new plate design in CO right now. People are tired of plate colors and designs that conflict with their vehicle paint.
Others still want to put as much crap on the back of their cars as possible though.
I like the way this one melts in with the bumper.
