Some of the displays in the cluster I have no use for, like "Trip1", "Time" and "xxx ml to E"; they are circled in the image below:

Ford Maverick 6.5" instrument cluster display... 6.5 instrument panel

I'd much rather have tire/oil pressure and charging voltage displayed, while the items not circled staying in place. I am still debating, if the "MPG"/"MPH" display is necessary. some of these settings I can change through panel customization, while others don't show up in the menu. The question is, are there oil pressure/voltage sensors in the Lariat? Yes, there are low tire/oil pressure and voltage sensors, but not certain if they can be used for displaying current value. Maybe for the tire pressure, but didn't find a way to constantly display its value on the screen.

My old truck had these gauges I am looking for and missed them, can they be added in the instrument panel?

TIA...

The menu settings on the steering wheel allows you to change what is displayed but there’s not an ability to change it to anything you want. Play with the option settings and chose what you like best. Not sure if you can change things with Forscan or not

I was afraid you'd say that... ;)

I did get Forescan and just looked the ECM and other modules couple of days ego. As far as programming goes, the Mavrick has a rather rudimentary ways to manage the module; It is certainly not "human readable" setting values, somewhat remind me to COBOL and assembler languages. All it means that I need to proceed with caution, understand the interaction between modules and the actual settings, but will get there and get a license for Forescan...

Should have checked things out more thoroughly. Couple of things I do not like, but just learned to live with them. Surely not going to have major modifications that may or may not work.

I use my Ford app to check oil and vitals.

A number of the modules have plain-text settings via ForScan, but yes in practice it's just editing a bunch of exposed hex field values that the firmware reads as flags for what code to actually execute matching the components/configuration of the vehicle. So you can't just magic functionality that wasn't programmed in from the start or modify values that they wanted hard-coded without getting into something more powerful than ForScan that can rewrite firmware itself.

Aftermarket dash gauge apps can display them on your phone if the computer sends the data. There is an engineering data stream on the display that can be shown by pressing certain buttons but it isn't in gauge format.

I have a Lariet Hybrid and my dash looks nothing like your picture. Mine displays when using battery or gas the gas tank, and speed. I find the speedometer hard to see due it’s location.

Thx Eagle....

I don't use Ford app anymore, nor do I intend to do so in the future. In my view, the basic engine gauges (digital or analog) should be available within/around the instrument display. Forescan probably won't be able to do it, even if it can, the limited display may not be capable either.

I'll just search for how to tap into the sensors to get these values for three additional gauges on the dashboard.

Thx everyone...
