I waited a year before I got my XLT. Although it’s not a Latait, may I suggest you take off anything you added that you can buy after market. Example mud flaps. Things like that can cause you to wait. Good luck. It’s worth the wait but I think it’s ridiculous!

The only added features were 360, mats, and hitch. I wanted to remove the hitch but sales rep said " the last customer of theirs to do so lost their entire order". They would do that if I insisted; but did not recommend. Looks like I should have not gone with my local dealer; Sanderson's Ford 60 mi;es away would have been a better choice. LOL!

Got mine too, this deviated to "I can set my watch to it" 45-day email, must have delays on their automated system too. I am sitting tight at nearly 21 months since my initial MY22 order (converted to MY23 in Sept 22 as soon as they could with highest priority). Good thing I purchased another vehicle at this rate.

Got my so sorry email last night at 9:35. Dealer says they have allocations for May, but that does not seem to be helping. Shortages must be for more than just the constrained items.

Yeah, I just got my overdue generic email too. Supply chain shortages… LOL

Good excuse. Then explain to me why Jeep, Kia, Hyundai, and some others have so many NEW vehicles on their dealer lots, but not Ford. My situation changed and had to have a vehicle, went to a local Kia dealer and drove off with one. I looked a numerous ones, and while sitting their doing the paperwork, they had two car hauler loads come in… yes, ten more vehicles. I had no problem giving up on Ford since they could not deliver my 22 order and now the 23 order. I now have just over 1600 miles on my 23 Kia Seltos which has a 2.0 gas engine and averaging overall 38.4 mpg… so, since I really did not need a truck, I can not complain…. Ford lost a long time customer.
Glad you like the seltos. Ben eyeballing them if I can't get the maverick before Sept

I am really impressed with it overall. And can not complain abt the fuel mileage at all, it is actually better than the Maverick 2.0 EB. Price is comparable to the XLT that I ordered….
