Ford seems to be throwing it out every other month or something???? Worked easy for me and I was notified an hour before I had to go pick mine up. I got out in 82 so the rules are??????

When do you apply for the $500? The dealer gave me the Ford website. But you have to have at least a VIN # I'm guessing. Do you have to wait until you actually sign the dealer paperwork, then apply?

I applied some time ago (ordered June 8). FORD gives you a certificate with a number that you give to the dealer. Still waiting for my Maverick to be delivered.

Hey Navy Bob, make sure your certificate doesn't expire Jan 2022. I did the same thing (July) and had to reapply to get a new experation date of 2023.
