45 Day Email of Production Delay but Modules have "Popped" already

Ford's CRM system must be drunk or something. My Mav went into production the week of 6/5 and the order tracking system shows it went into production on 6/12.

I checked https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/Details two days ago and the modules have popped. Then today I get an email that my order has been delayed. I presume that my truck has already been built since I see the modules have popped. Anyone see anything similar?

I got the 45 day notice for the third time and week later mine went to production. 3 weeks later it shipped. It had to go to the body shop at the factory for add on stuff like SIBL etc. So 2 weeks later I took delivery.

Only add-ons I had were the floor mats and the black wheels. The latter should be added on the main line and the floor mats can be tossed in. Those, in and of themselves, shouldn't cause a delay unless they are simply out of stock.

I really don’t think you have a 45 day delay since your modules popped. Unless there is recall hold which I don’t see any recall except rumor. I think you’re good to go. Shipping time to your area may be lengthy, that’s the longest part of the wait. The anticipation really does a number on time.

Given the last three months with the Explorer, I think my salesman hides under his desk when he sees me. lol

Methinks Ford is having technical issues. I now have two orders on my account. Same VIN:

I think you are "RIGHT" mine was scheduled for the wk of june 5th X L HYBRID and was in production on 06/08/2023 and also built on 06/08/2023 but was shipped on 06/13/2023 and looking on VINVIEW the "LINK" provided by LONG/LEWIS FORD of Hoover it went through NOGALES on 06/14/2023 real-time update from vinview. update: Rail Estimated arrival(ETAD)06/26/23 10oPM and arrive at dealer on 07/06/2023. I have a private offer from Ford for 750.00 that exp 07/05/2023 just bad luck!!! i hope it ges there a day early!!!
