I'm new to car audio. I was hoping to improve my Ford Maverick's factory sound. I have been looking for something more plug-and-play so Google searching brought to me to hoel and plugandplay harnesses. It's seem the the kicker key 200.4 seem the most popular configuration. I like the DSP function since I'm perfectly fine with the factory stereo and there are no good aftermarket headunit support for mavericks.
Now, this confuses me since the Maverick has 2 tweeters and 4 speakers. It seems that the harness combines the tweeter and front door speakers (or tweeters separate and door speakers combined). Is this a good idea? Will there be any adverse effects to the tweeter since it might send a signal that it might not support and blow it?
Edit: I have a non-BO version
