shipping is OUTRAGEOUS even when you put stuff in a padded envelope...........
If it's under 13-16 oz you should be able to ship it First Class which is pretty cheap (<$6). Although last I knew the USPS website likes to hide that option in favor of Priority Mail (which is expensive), but if you have a PayPal account you can generate/buy the shipping label through them.

Here is the link to the cubby grid. It is a zip file within a thread, the original was pulled from thingiverse.

This is the phone mount I used, it works great. Very snug fit and I use a Pro Max sized iPhone.

I am using a Sovol SV01 Pro and I haven't fully dialed in the temp settings for this PETG, nor do I use a filament dryer so I did sand a little after I pulled it off of the bed because of stringing on this print.

Thanks for the link, people are selling these for $35 on Etsy. I was going to design my own.

First class packages are a thing of the past. USPS uses "Ground advantage" now. Good news is, it can be a little heavier than before. old first class was up to 13oz retail and up to 16 oz wholesale postage. Up to 16 oz, box or envelope, is about $5 to ship.

This is the design I am working in, but I am having trouble with tabs snapping once printed. If I can get it working, I will post it on ETSY. I will keep you posted.

You must have entered something incorrectly then. No way it costs $90 for these two small parts.

Here is what I got and even with shipping it comes out to a little over $16 like @Enchalada mentioned.

I had the lady at the PO giving me the most inexpensive option when I was shipping some FITS type items my son was printing, was trying to sell stuff on the cheap to folks here, but I didn't feel right selling something for $2.50 and having to charge $3.50 to mail it :(

the difference in cost is in the production and delivery times..

production:
expedited $39.50 (2 buss days) - $24.26 & $15.35 (Large & Small pieces, respectively)
Standard $19.93 (3 buss days) - $11.27 & $8.66
Economy $15.63 (6 buss days) - $8.84 & 6.79

then you got the shipping method
by nov 10 $33.66
by Nov 13 $22.44
by Nov 16 $FREE

choose the economy and whatever the free shipping is.. itll be more like $16

Your tabs breaking issue is a direction of printing issue. Your tabs are built upon layer lines. When you apply pressure to the tab it will snap rather than bend. My recommendation would be to do a two part print. The plate prints in the same direction you currently have it and make some spring clips you print on their side. Here's a link for a design I made for the 12v connection in the bed. https://www.printables.com/model/561054-ford-maverick-bed-cover. I made some tabs on the z axis as well but only one thing needs to bend for insertion.

Mine snapped right in like a factory part. I would recommend letting them cool a little before pulling them off the print bed. I set mine bed temp at 83º C (181.4º F) when using PETG and the part may still be a bit pliable if removed at that temp. Very functional part, highly recommend. 👍🏻
Agree. If you remove PETG too quickly it creates problems. I just let the print finish and find other things to do.

I usually set my bed around 70 C and spray the bed with hairspray (SV06 is a bed slinger, so the bed moves back and forth while the print nozzle stays in place). When I come back awhile later, the bed's back to room temperature and I have a small spatula that came with the printer to pop it off the bed. Always works like a champ.

I printed these yesterday and they are a perfect fit. There was a thread a while back where someone had mentioned hauling some pea gravel and some got into their tailgate through these openings and it rattled every time they would close the tailgate. I found this file on a Facebook group with the link to Thingiverse. Printed in Black PETG and took right at an hour. Very practical print and I have not seen anything like this being sold aftermarket.

This is the link if anyone wants to print it themselves.

Good job! Disappointed Ford decided to leave this gapping hole there. I cover it with duct tape Everytime I haul something that can get in there, then remove the duct tape.my 14 year old rams tailgate does not have this and the tailgate has no rust.

Hmmmm I don't think that is true. Since I went through the trouble of getting a quote I just went ahead and purchased the covers. I immediately received a receipt in my inbox with no mention of a minimum amount needed.
