is there a secret plug i ain't found to let the water outa the bed?

HRG's picture shows the spray-in bedliner. Your drop-in bedliner is covering the drain holes.

slide it out and drill holes in the areas holding the water or simply just drive up an incline and it should drain out at the tailgate
