23 XLT touchscreen display pixelated

I know the screen isn't fantastic but I wouldnt say it was horrible, either. At least, not until my Maverick came back from service at the dealer. Out of nowhere I noticed the screen resolution looked very low res and pixelated. I'm not sure if it was due to a firmware upgrade while serviced or what. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've had this same thing happen before, just super randomly. Maybe only two or three times though in 2.5 years I've had my Maverick.

When it happened I just forced a reboot on the system. Press and hold the power button and the seek-forward button at the same time.

The rear camera recall/software update made my screen brighter and sharper.

Strange... That update certainly did not work out that way for my maverick.. lol

I've had that happen a couple of times on my '23 XLT. The screen became pixelated and the music I was streaming became distorted. I did a soft reset (Pwr and FF button like what @matmondro suggested) and it seemed to fix the issue.
