23 Lariat Navigation Map has gone goofy.

On my 23 Lariat hybrid the Nav map will be correct when started then it will follow me but then move like it's going 100mph. It gets way off track right away.
I have tried the reset by holding the power and forward button and it didn't help.
I don't know when it started but I'm thinking maybe the last recall??
It seems the last recall killed the power mode app's graphics too.
Anyone see this on theirs?

Um, might want to take it back to the dealership. I've had every recall done on mine and have not noticed any of that. Obviously, I have not had any hybrid-specific recalls done so cannot attest to their quality.

I have noticed the map thing with Waze, but that's just because Google is incompetent.

My 23 Lariat Hybrid had two recalls and some major software update done just last month and it has been rock solid since. The power graphic and some of the other items mentioned have not been affected. I do remember when I talked with the tech doing the updates about the horror stories of disasters after the recalls, he said it was extremely important that the truck battery voltage didn't get too low during the updates or the programming could have glitches or be incomplete. They use a charger or some form of extra power during the updates which actually took a couple hours. The one area that is a little hinky has been the stock navigation. It is generally very solid but there have been a couple instances where the gps has gone offline and a telltale shows up on the lower left of the screen. In those instances, the graphic either fails to move or it continues to move but miles away from the actual location.

I'm taking it to the dealer early Aug. to get it fixed.

fixed. dealer found a SSM 52722 related to this and updated the APIM module.

Is the 2023 a Ford product? The 2024 uses SiriusXM Navigation and Traffic.
