Reread the thread, duh.
Used the FCC # on the key and into the FCC link and got 433.589-434.251.
So is it a 433 or 434?

There are no practical differences between 433 MHz and 434 MHz key fobs. Both terms are generally used as shorthand for the exact same frequency band (centered at 433.92 MHz), which is widely used for short-range wireless devices like garage doors, gates, and remotes.
